The arrival and departure of the participants of the Forum: The participants of the Forum book and purchase air tickets by themselves. The organizing Committee provides the participants of the Forum with the transfer from Sochi International Airport to Grand Hotel Polyana***** on the day of arrival April 20, 2016 and the return transfer from Grand Hotel Polyana***** to Sochi International Airport on the day of departure April 23, 2016.
To organize the transfers "airport-hotel-airport" April 20 and 23, 2016 it is necessary to report the date and time of arrival, flight no, date and time of departure before April 10, 2016.
The amount and procedure of payment of the Registration fee:
Registration fee of the Forum participant, including accommodation in Grand Hotel Polyana***** is: 1200 Euro for the Russian Federation non-residents (1100 Euro in case of payment of the fee until February 10, 2016) 60 000 rubles for the Russian Federation residents (55 000 rubles-for the representatives of banks - members of MICA and the subscribers of DELTA TC, as well as for other organizations, but in the case of payment of the Registration fee before February 10, 2016).
The registration fee for private persons accompanying the participants of the Forum, is 30 000 rubles (without granting of the package of materials of the Forum). The Registration fee is invoiced by the organizing Committee of the Forum account on the basis of the information provided by the participant during the registration. The amount of the Registration fee includes VAT.
The Forum member who placed the Registration fee to the organizing Committee account is granted with the package of Forum materials, accounting documents (contracts, acts, invoice and VAT invoice), the right to participate in all formal and informal activities of the Forum and accommodation at Grand Hotel Polyana*****.
In case of refusal from participation in the Forum prior to March 20, 2016 the Forum member who placed the Registration fee to the organizing Committee account, the fees will be refunded at 50% of the amount deposited.
In case of refusal from participation in the Forum after March 20, 2016 fee previously deposited to the account of the organizing Committee of Forum will not be returned. Organization that registered Forum member has the right to make the change to another participant at any time prior to the beginning of the Forum. Conditions of accommodation of the Conference participants:
The Forum participants are accommodated in the Grand Hotel Polyana***** (www.grandhotelpolyana.ru), which is the Official partner of the Forum. Rates and room categories for accommodation in Grand Hotel Polyana***** listed on the website of the Forum (www.mmf2016.mmva.ru) under the heading "Registration". The Forum participants have the right to choose any other hotel for their stay. Booking and payment for rooms at other hotels are made by the participants of the Forum themselves.
